Yes — your first class is 100% free with no hidden conditions, no credit card required, and zero commitment. Just WhatsApp us to book a slot, come to the studio, and experience the class completely free. If you love it, you enroll. If not, no questions asked.

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing — track pants, shorts, or leggings with a t-shirt work great. Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing. For footwear, sports shoes or dance sneakers are ideal. If you're coming for your first trial, just come in whatever feels comfortable — don't overthink it!

Yes! We offer Weekend Batches on Saturday and Sunday for Beginner and Intermediate levels with flexible timings. Weekend batches are especially popular for working professionals and school students. WhatsApp us to get the current weekend schedule.

Pro Memberships are for serious dancers, performers, and content creators:

Yes, batch changes can be accommodated based on availability. If your schedule changes after enrollment, just WhatsApp us and we'll work out the best slot for you. We always try to be as flexible as possible for our students.

All online classes are live and interactive on Zoom. After you enquire, we assess your level, goals, and timezone, then build a personalised syllabus for you. Sessions are 60 minutes each with real-time feedback from your instructor. Recording is available for 1:1 sessions.

We offer three formats:

🎯 1:1 Private Session — 100% personalised. Your pace, your syllabus. Available for India & International students.

👥 Semi-Private Session — 2–3 students per session. Shared energy with personal attention. India only.

🕺 Group Session — 7–10 students per batch. High-energy, choreography-driven. India only.

Absolutely! We currently teach students from the USA (Chicago, Florida, California), Australia, Belgium, Ireland, and many more countries. International students can book 1:1 Private Sessions in USD. We accommodate all major time zones including IST, EST, CST, PST, AEST, CET, and GMT.

Never. DanceCloud Studio has a strict privacy commitment — we do not share, post, or publish any student video, photo, or performance clip on Instagram, YouTube, or any platform without your explicit written consent. Your sessions are private, secure, and completely yours.

All classes are conducted live on Zoom for the best quality and recording capability. Google Meet is also available on request. You just need a phone or laptop with a camera and a bit of clear space to move. That's it — we handle the rest.

Kids dance classes (Age 5–17) at DanceCloud Studio start from ₹900 per month. Fees vary based on the plan duration you choose. Longer plans offer better value, and EMI is available at no extra cost.

Adult dance classes at DanceCloud Studio start from ₹1,150 per month. Plans are available on monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual basis — longer plans offer better value per session.

Yes! We offer flexible EMI on all multi-month plans at zero extra charge:

No interest, no processing fee, no hidden charges. Just split the total and pay as agreed.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payment via Razorpay. For online class enrollments, international students can pay via card in USD. If you have a specific payment method in mind, just WhatsApp us and we'll sort it out.

No registration fees. You only pay for your chosen plan after attending your free trial. There are no joining fees, no annual charges, and no hidden costs. The price you're told is the price you pay.

We understand life happens. Please WhatsApp us in advance if you need to miss a class. Our refund and extension policies are handled case-by-case based on your situation. We always try to be fair and supportive to our students.

Wedding choreography is custom-priced based on your specific requirements — number of performers, type of events, number of rehearsals needed, and travel involved. We offer a free consultation with no commitment to understand your needs and give you a tailored quote.

Yes! We are based in Delhi NCR but travel Pan India for weddings. We regularly serve Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and have choreographed weddings in Mumbai, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and beyond. Contact us with your location and we'll make it happen.

This is exactly who we work best with. Most of our wedding clients — families, aunties, uncles, couples — have zero dance experience. We have taken complete non-dancers from nervous beginners to confident, stunning performers in a matter of weeks. Our process is structured, patient, and built around you.

Yes! We offer live online rehearsal sessions via Zoom specifically for this. Family members in Mumbai, abroad, or any city can practice their parts with us remotely and still be show-ready by the wedding day. This is one of our most popular features for destination wedding families.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding date to allow enough time for proper rehearsals and polishing. However, we understand weddings are sometimes planned quickly — contact us regardless of your timeline and we'll see what we can do.

Our instructors assess every new student during the free trial — looking at rhythm, coordination, body awareness, and current skill level. Based on this, you're placed in the most appropriate batch: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. As you progress, you move up levels. It's a clear growth path, not a static placement.

We strongly recommend the free trial first — it helps your child get comfortable with the space and instructor before committing. However, if you're unable to come in person first, you can WhatsApp us and we'll discuss the best way to get your child started based on your situation.
